I´m a senior executive coach and teams coach associate of the business community EcoSocial, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC), CTPC (Certified Performance Team Coach) by the Team Coaching International as well as Organizational Development Consultant, focused on Identity and Culture.
I am at present an invited lecturer at the Dom Cabral Foundation and voluntarily perform as the vice president of the ICF of Brazil, Deliberative Board. I am also a biographic counselor, coordinator, and teacher in the program Biography Initiation Path offered by the Sagres Association of Florianopolis and conflict mediator.
My purpose, as a professional is, acting as a reflective partner, to work for the development of leaders and solid, human and ethical organizations, successful in their businesses, whether they are multinational or family businesses. I believe that self-knowledge and the awareness that organizations are a live space, one of learning, development and belonging are the key to walk along a prosperous path.
During my almost 20 years as a professional, I´ve taken many courses on coaching and team coaching, in Brazil, the USA and Europe, which prepared me to work for my clients and their projects, performing as Senior Executive Coach, Teams Coach or even as Organizational Development Consultant focused on Identity and Culture in companies such as Alcoa, Aperam, Petrobras, Carrefour, Ultracargo, Sicred, Cultura Inglesa, Bosch and many others.
